Paparazzi in Edsa Shangri-la Manila (Philippines)

Time surely flies when you're having fun and if you're extremely busy too. Look at that, I just realized that September is over and October has just quickly rolled in. This just means that, in a few weeks, Paul and I will be celebrating our 13th year as a couple! If you put things into perspective, 13 years is pretty much how long a student (at least in the Philippines) takes to finish his elementary and secondary studies. Why is it that 13 years seemed like forever when I was still studying and it has just zoomed so fast when it comes to me being in a relationship with Paul? OMG. Anyways, I have been mentioning on and off here how terrible my backlog is and today I'm going to prove just that. Let me talk about that amazing romantic dinner that Paul and I had... last year . I'm really sorry! I can't believe it took me close to 365 days to tell you all about it. For something this good, I should have went straight to writing about it. Anyway, we were so lucky to ...

Sentro 1771 in Greenbelt 3, Makati

Months ago, Paul and I went out on a double date with Joan and Abet , one of the few couples whom we love hanging out with. For those who know them, you'll probably agree with me that they're really a nice couple with a pure heart. No pretenses, no intrigues and definitely someone whom you can depend on. They're such joy to be with too and that's why Paul and I look forward to any chance we get to spend time with them. I remember running a low grade fever that day yet I insisted that we push thru with our double date. It was also perfect that both Abet and I got an invite to re-visit Sentro 1771 in Greenbelt . This restaurant is not new to both Paul and I as we have dined here quite a number of times before . We always have our staple dishes such as the Rated GG , the Fried Kesong Puti and their famous Corned Beef Sinigang to name a few. This time though, the invite came just in time for their 10th year anniversary . It's amazing to see restaurants celebrati...

Eating our way around Bonifacio Global City

A couple of weeks ago, I received an invite from Mr. Binondo food walker himself, Ivan ManDy , to join his special food walk around posh and upscale Bonifacio Global City I immediately hit the reply button and sent him our confirmation initially for April 24. Unfortunately, we had to move our reservation to May 1 to give way to our growing list of tasks for our upcoming BIG day. Ivan was so nice to accommodate our request. Still, our plan to arrive on time did not push thru and we found ourselves exactly an hour late. Luck must have been on our side as we decided to proceed directly to The Stock Market as we were also invited by Tita Yoli Celdran of Fruits in Ice Cream to try their mouthwatering desserts. It was a good decision as the group's next stop was exactly at The Stock Market! While chatting with the organizer, we found out that we just missed out on three stops and we can actually join the group up until the end of the event. Hooray! Not long after, the group final...
